HEAL OUT LOUD WITH ERIN DELP, LCSW
Abuse thrives in silence; I invite you to heal out loud
Recovering from trauma is the most inspiring and difficult things one can do in their lifetime. I am a believer that post traumatic growth is possible in all people. I utilize an eclectic approach pulling from a base of radical feminism utilizing approaches from DBT, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness and acceptance based approaches. I firmly believe that everyone has the tools within them to heal and grow and my primary job as therapist is to provide a safe non-judgmental setting for you to discover your healed self. My primary focus is working with women who have experienced narcissistic abuse, adult children of emotionally immature parents, and survivors of institutional abuse. As a person with lived experience; I bring my first hand knowledge to our sessions. Regain the trust in your inner guidance system to create the life you want.

“The greatest damage done by neglect, trauma or emotional loss is not the immediate pain they inflict but the long-term distortions they induce in the way a developing child [person] will continue to interpret the world and her situation in it. All too often these ill-conditioned implicit beliefs become self-fulfilling prophecies in our lives.”
